If you join our waitlist, we collect the phone number and optional email address you provide.

How We Use Information: We use your information solely to fulfill your requests (including recalling previously provided information), manage your account, provide customer support, send waitlist updates (if applicable), and improve the service's ability to understand requests. Message content is processed algorithmically to understand your command and generate a response; it is not manually reviewed and not stored longer than necessary for context and service provision.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures, including requiring confirmation for sensitive actions, to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Communication leverages standard carrier SMS/MMS security.

We may share information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate TextConcierge (e.g., SMS gateway providers, AI processing partners, form processing services like Formspree), under strict confidentiality agreements. We never use your personal interaction data to train general AI models.
