Welcome to TextConcierge! By using our service or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Service Description: TextConcierge provides a personal AI assistant service via SMS/text messages, allowing users to set calendar events, notes, get information, and manage tasks using natural language. Joining the waitlist allows us to notify you about service availability.

2. Eligibility: You must be capable of forming a binding contract and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. User Accounts & Waitlist: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number associated with the service/waitlist and for all activities that occur under your account/submission.

4. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or attempt to circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.

5. Fees and Payment: Service fees (once applicable) are billed based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely. Waitlist signup is free.

6. SMS Consent & Charges: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from TextConcierge for service operation and updates. Standard message/data rates from your carrier apply and are your responsibility.

7. Service Availability & Accuracy: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Information provided by the AI assistant is generated algorithmically and is provided "as is"; accuracy is not guaranteed, and you should verify critical information.

8. Memory & Context: The service maintains context from your conversation history to provide relevant responses. This context is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property: The service technology and branding are property of TextConcierge.

10. Disclaimers: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTCONCIERGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination: You may stop service anytime. We may suspend/terminate access for Terms violations.

13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
